Shipping Policy

Orders for products marked In Stock will ship within 2 business days of order receipt.

Shipping times may vary depending on product size, destination, and carrier. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.


Returns

We accept returns for eligible items under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

Return requests must be made within 90 days of the order being received

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our facility

Returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Products that show signs of use, installation, or damage may not be eligible for a refund.


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please notify SoModern Lighting within 90 days of receipt.

Damaged items reported within this timeframe will be replaced at no cost to the buyer, subject to verification. Supporting photos and documentation may be required.


How to Request a Return or Replacement

To initiate a return or report a damaged item, please contact us with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
